Biography
Indonesian composer Laurensius Steven is recognized as one of innovative musical talents‚ having first enjoyed in the world of pop music as a member of The Dong Feng Band (1st Indonesia mandarin band) , the progressive rock band as keyboard player & composer in Zabrix Band and as a session player of many band.
Steven entered the world of TV serial & film scoring in Indonesia during a long collaboration with many composer and mentors. Steven learning piano from classical pianist Mrs.Sulistiani at Yamaha & learning Jazz piano privately with Mr.Arya.
A turning point in Steven’s career came in 1990 when he was asked to join a teenager band Exsofer Gland and during that time he making many musical drama theme song for local church and until he found the Zabrix Band and make him more developing his skill in music.
In early 1997 until 2001 Zabrix Band won many local music competition and the last is 1st champion of Yamaha Asian Beat Competition and that time Steven realized his musical talent.
Now Steven completed his more than 500 episode's tv serial & television-film & other's music illustration.
